Jennifer DeSimone and and Sophia Hyder are hosting this 4 part online series which will bring together breathing exercises, journaling, and conversation to begin to understand what it means to be more intentional and mindful in our thoughts, words, and actions.

Each session will have a theme that we will discuss for 30 minutes; Q&A will take place for 30 minutes. Participants will receive exercises to complete after the conclusion of each week as a way to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives.
